Is it free to use?

Can it be used for interviews with multiple interviewers?
Yes. With the Team plan, you can offer candidates times when everyone is free (AND), when any one person is free (OR), or a combination of both.
Which calendars and web meeting tools does it integrate with?
It reads availability from Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and automatically issues Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet URLs.
Can double-booking happen?
When a booking is made, the calendar updates automatically and that time is no longer shown to other candidates.
Can it be used for candidates from recruitment agencies?
Yes. Once an interview is confirmed, the date, time, and candidate name can be forwarded automatically to a specified email address (Team plan).
Is there an English booking page?
Yes. On all plans, the candidate booking page can be switched to English.
Can we use our own privacy consent text?
Yes. With the Team plan, you can freely edit the personal data consent text shown on the booking page.
