From the moment you reach out,
every candidate becomes an asset.

AI automatically scores candidates on nearly every scouting platform. One click adds them to your talent pool, and you can re-source from it for every new job.

In-house recruiting teams / Recruitment agencies / RPO and scouting services

How it differs from a typical ATS

Of 1,000 candidates you scout,
your ATS keeps only
those who replied.

An ATS only holds candidates who replied. The roughly 90% you reached out to are saved nowhere. Scoutalia AI adds every candidate to your talent pool the moment you scout them.

Scores on work history, not keywords

It narrows candidates in three stages, then AI reads the work history and assigns an S, A, B, or C rank. It can judge criteria that platform keyword search and AI features miss.

Examples of criteria it can judge

Must-haveBusiness or IT consulting experience

OR

Must-haveProject experience from system planning to development

OR

Must-havePre-sales experience in financial software

NGHas not recently worked at a consulting firm or SIer

OR

NGNo project experience in the non-bank industry

*Numbers illustrate the scoring flow.

FAQ

Which scouting platforms does it work on?

It works on nearly all major scouting platforms, including BizReach, LinkedIn, Recruit Direct Scout, doda Recruiters, Wantedly, and Green. Open a candidate page on the platform and Scoutalia AI appears on the right side of the screen.

Can it manage candidates from recruitment agencies and referrals?

Yes. Candidate documents from recruitment agencies and employee referrals are scored by AI on the same criteria and managed together in the talent pool.

How is its AI scoring different from the AI features built into platforms?

It reads the substance of work history instead of matching keywords. You can combine exclusion criteria, hard filters, and must-have, bonus, and deduction conditions, so it can judge criteria such as “recently worked at a consulting firm or SIer.”

Can recruitment agencies and RPO providers use it?

Yes. You can set scoring criteria for each client and each job. We use it ourselves every day for scouting as an RPO provider.

Is support available after adoption?

A dedicated consultant supports you one-on-one, from designing scoring criteria to day-to-day use.

Can we test accuracy on our own jobs before adopting?

Yes. In a free proof of concept, our consultants run the AI scoring on your actual jobs so you can review the results.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of users and how you use it. Contact us for a quote.
